~美味食譜分享~開箱文請往下喔~ 鮮菇海鮮粥 【所屬菜系】 微波爐菜 【特點】 【原料】 材料：粘米2湯匙半，糯米1湯匙半，果皮（小）1片，泥艋150克，新鮮冬菇或草菇50克，蝦仁100克。米的調味料：鹽半茶匙，油半湯匙。蝦的調味料：鹽1/8茶匙，胡椒粉少許。 【製作過程】 （1）粘米和糯米混合後洗淨，用熱水浸1小時，瀝清水分，加調味料醃約15分鐘。（2）果皮浸軟，洗淨。（3）蝦仁洗淨，用調味料醃片刻。（4）泥艋洗淨，用少許胡椒粉調味。（5）米放入一個煲或一個深容器內，加熱水1000毫升及果皮，蓋上蓋干，留一開口處疏氣，高火煮10分鐘，再用中火煮20分鐘。（6）冬菇或草菇洗淨切粒。（7）把冬菇粒、草菇粒、泥艋和蝦仁加入粥內，繼續用中火煮10分鐘，便可供食。 |
